Agilent CytoGenomics at a Glance: Software for CGH and SNP Microarray Analysis
CytoGenomics has, for many years now, continued to offer a robust and comprehensive platform for the analysis of aCGH data, particularly in conjunction with Agilent’s aCGH microarray solutions. This is not an exhaustive thesis on the features and capabilities of CytoGenomics but offers a fair summary of what is capable on the platform.
