Flow cytometry has long been successfully used to study and characterise different cell populations, and with advances in technology, more and more information can be gleaned from a single sample.
With these advances, however, flow cytometrists need to become more adept at designing protocols and experiments, and must gain expertise in analysing more complex data in multicolour setups. In our subsequent posts, we will explore some of the vital components needed to create a successful flow cytometry experiment.
