Belinda Smith

Belinda began her science career at the University of Cape Town, earning a BSc Hons in Medical Biochemistry. After completing her degree, her passion for travel inspired her to move to the UK for an initial year-long working holiday. She ended up staying there for 11 years.

In the UK, Belinda embarked on a successful sales career, working with companies such as Bio-Rad, Merck, and Qiagen. Eventually, the pull of family, friends, and Cape Town’s sunshine brought her back to South Africa, where she continued her sales career in the Science and Medical Devices industries, with a particular passion for Pathology.

Belinda loves providing value to her customers through outstanding customer service and innovative workflow solutions.

In her spare time, Belinda is a keen investor with a passion for finance. She enjoys reading, staying fit, taking long beach walks, and spending time with family and friends.
