Annemerie Heystek

Annemerie’s scientific career started in 2011 at the University of Pretoria where she completed a BSc degree in Medical Science, after which she graduated cum laude with Honours in Pharmacology. After taking a position as a lab manager, she pursued her passion for contributing to the scientific community in a greater capacity and joining the commercial industry was the answer.

Her sales career started in 2016 as a Sales Executive after which she was quickly promoted to a Bioproduction Product Manager, gaining a new set of skills. Her passion is people – she loves building, motivating and influencing people to be significant.

Annemerie joins Diagnostech as a Product Manager for Pathology and strives to achieve success and to build enduring solutions throughout.

Annemerie is a foodie and in her spare time, she loves to visit new and exciting places to dine as well as spending quality time with her family, friends and three fur babies.
